Children’s Program

Our Sunday School program is for children pre-school through 6^th grade. 

The children rotate to a different teaching workshop each week and each cycle

runs between four and six weeks in length.  Volunteers teach the workshops and

help with the group activity.  The children join their parents in church at the Peace

to take part in the Eucharist. 

Youth Program

Kids for Christ (KFC) is for young people in 4^th through 6^th grades.  They meet on Sunday evening at the church the second Sunday of each month.  Events to take place outside of church are planned at that time in addition to the usual food, fun and games. 

Rite 13 is a new program begun at St. Mary’s in November 2007 and includes youth in 7^th through 9^th grades.  They meet in the cottage during the first part of the 10:30 a.m. service and join their families for the Eucharist.  Events to be held at other venues are being planned.  Some of our youth are part of the Lakewood chapter of Young Life.
